Touchdown

The day finally came where we packed up and left for our family holday.

And so we did..

And here we are finally! It was a safe flight, alhamdullillah..
All three us boys are knackered to the bone, nevertheless ..

The view and the blue of the sea takes our breath away.

Here we are.. at Scarborough :)

Tomorrow, we'll get on the 990 bus to Ros St station. From there, we'll get on the navy rail line to Fremantle!

Moves like jagger?

Due to my sudden interest in a certain subject, I recently learnt a handful of interesting motivation quotes.

A change is about to come.
2015 will be somewhat different.
I could almost feel it, almost taste it, almost breathe it.

I've been researching in areas I found boring and dry.
And my sudden interest in it make me go.. "why dint I look into this previously?"

In myself, a soft voice said "it's because to succeed, u needed to fail. To feel some amount of humility. Only then u will have meaning and appreciation of what's coming to u next"

I will continue to research, read up and meet people have gone into this. I cant help performing a major HAZOP when it involves my pocket.

So far, the toughest person to convince have been convinced. That is my dad. Mom, she is always sure when it comes to my decision in matters like this. She has this amount of faith in me when it comes to career and choices I make.

With that.. I begin with bismillahhirahmannirahim.

Followed by my "CHECKMATE" move.

Joy

It is true that kids dont hide their feelings.

Max received his letter this morning but he waited patiently to get home frm work a lil after 10pm to open it up.

He found his congratulary note with attachments of his e-tix.

He was so happy, his eyes danced with joy. I got my dad to read this note from the "Postman". Just to make it sound more authentic. He then made dad repeat it with him holding his teddies such that the teddies could hear his achievements too.

He did a "yes! Yes!" With victory arms and all. It was priceless. The amazing sight of this.

We all felt his joy. Yes, the long waited letter is finally here. I know he will be smiling tonite.. and prolly for the next 23 nites or so till our trip.

Alhamdullillah for Max, Jules and my rezeki.

FT

There is this certain person I met.
She would end up being my boss someday.
In effort to seek extra cash.

Let's call her FT.

She emits this positive aura. Prolly that is why she is successful in her area.
Dont get me wrong. It's not anything like that.

But really, everytime I meet her, she leaves this good feeling inside for like 2 days.
And a whole lot of ppl I bet have felt that way too with her.

Someday, I would hope to have that sorta effect on people.
The comforting person.
The positive person.
Like FT.

A girl named Alaska

I know.. pretty kewl innit?

Anyways.. it's been a pretty pleasant Aidiladha for me.
The weather was a bit on the gloomy side.
But I could use something breezy and chilly like today.

It is nice being around the family.
I got a comment, I looked happier than before.
Ironic, i thought.
But it is true. And it is from within.

We had our usual cousins coffee ritual, but deeper conversation this time around.
It was a perfect Sunday to indulge on a slice of white forest.

How comforting.

Tomorrow she will be seeing me.
She is back from kg.

We will all go out for a movie of Equalizer and followed by karox session with mom.
My mom love that sorta thing. Dont ask.

And she came to like Jules because of that too.
Im serious, it was karox that bridged mom and Jules.
Whenever mom did not get a tune to a song, she get Jules to start it for her..
then she continues on with the rest of the song. That's how my mom decided, we should get jules to come around more often.

Only Jules could keep up with my choice of song because it would be fast and upbeat.
Jules is a champion when it comes to singing. We would do a "Counting Stars" or "I Love It" or a "Somebody Told Me"..

I sing outta tune.  And I dont really care. I would just go ahead with it anyways.

Well, my break is off by 8pm tomorrow when Max gets home.
And I will be all geared up for the rush, for the next three weeks before our big trip.
Cant wait, how many days we have aldy ayg?

Break

I decided to take a break from work like a normal person would.
We submitted half of drawings for internal check last nite.
And so it is a break to do whatever I want..

Jules balik kg.
Max is with his dad.
