Lil Things

There are lil things about her that awes me.
It's those lil things she does.
And notice.

She is sweet that way.
And oh-so-cute.

Many weekends ago, I found my toothbrush being changed.
My almost the same orange toothbrush was replaced with another, only with straight solid bristles.
You see I work hard in everything.
Gosok gigi pun pulun.
Habis kembang berus gigi.
I procrastinated the change because I just did, less than a month ago.

Prolly out of pity, looking at that miserable toothbrush, Jules bawak the almost same looking one, and changed it without telling. Like secretly.

So there was me, nak berus gigi. Asal solid je...
And when I asked, she admitted to it.
I just smiled.

Then there is today, when she noticed our periods were less than 24 hours apart.
That's a lil twisted.
But I find it sweet.
The sweet kinda twisted.

Dalam banyak2 girl kat dunia ni,
Nothing can replace the sweet lil things you do or notice about us.

Like I said, I demand your soul.
That is something more expensive than just money.
I can find money. I dont need a better half to do it for me.

It's these lil things..
It's soul baby.

And that's why it's called soulmate.
Not moneymate.
