Run like you dont care

It was one of those working weekends.
It's that cycle where projects got released and Alhamdullillah my company won lots.
And so come that time where most of the time would be spent tada! At the office. No suprise.

Ppl in my line are pretty much used to it. Im glad as I am expecting good returns on my hard work. It means we are doing well. When the oil price hikes and the ppl start to moan, I usually kept quiet. In my silence I would say Alhamdullillah, it's gonna be a good year.

It means the country can venture to deep sea waters.
Projects kept coming in, and I get to keep my job. This time, the company won one international project and a couple of local ones. Non were deepsea because the oil price is still ok but still, Im pretty happy as these are some of which, will bring the "keching!" to the company. Im hoping it will be shared and distributed amongst us employees by means of bonus and a nice fat increment.

There were times when per barrel price was low, and a lot of us went out of projects and got kicked out. That year, I had my boy and I took a year out to complete my MSc.

But this time around, I would focus on a balance. So I made sure I finished everything I should on that Satday so I get Sunday to spend it with Jules and Max.

It started off with Boxtrolls.. oh what fun :) followed by a run at the dogpark. The dog park is located away from where I live or worked and so no one I knew went there.

Couple of weeks ago, I showed Max this video on Run for your lives, where one cud choose to run or become a zombie. You cud guess my pick. Somehow Max knew he was too young for it.. and so he decided to become a zombie on Jules and I during our easy jog.

First, he had one objective - that is to achieve 10k steps on my SHealth and second, out of the blue he was determined to inflict Jules and I. We played along, as you have guessed. Jules always made sure she stayed behind with Max. So she got eaten first.. then after many failed attempts.. Jules decided to inflict me and share her bounty with Max.

Imagine a sight of 3 running zombies at the park?
Even the dogs got scared.. we were grunting and running like we were zombies. We din care. We laughed, Max fell a couple of times.. but all was good.

Baskin Robbins session ended our very hard zombie run.

U shud try.. the zombie run. U are worth the effort d;p
